My name is Justine Snyder. I am doing a fundraiser for My neice Briana and her husband Ronnie Snyder of Elkland PA  for my great nephew Christopher Jackson Snyder, also known as CJ. CJ is 3 months old when he was born they found he had hole in his heart. The doctors were hoping to hold off on surgery for a while, but CJ started to have problems. He was admitted into the hospital on September 26. As his condition got worse, it was determined that he needed to be transferred to Cleveland clinic in Ohio which is 4 hours away from us. So on Friday, the 27th, he was transported by ambulance to the Cleveland clinic. Once he got to the clinic, the doctor redid ultrasound and found that the whole in cj's heart was much bigger than they first thought  they also found another little hole on the top of his heart. Also, little c j's right side of his heart is enlarged, and he had  fluid in his lungs, CJ is set for surgery on October 4th baby CJ has been losing weight, so they had to put a ng-tube in for feedings. We are hoping to raise enough money to help his mom and dad with the coast of being 4 hours aways and traveling back and forth as cj's daddy is going to have to still come back for work. We're hoping to raise enough money that this young couple with their newborn baby can concentrate on getting CJ better and healthy without having to worry about finances such as gas money to go back-and-forth for his follow-up appointments and also just everyday living. I, I  would be really grateful for all the prays for baby cj . And I know as a community, we can pull together and help this family out.
