Hello i’m a 45 yr old mother of 3, im a stay at home mother, i have been morbidly obese my whole life , my knees are deteriorating from my weight and they constantly hurt, my mother was diagnosed with lupus and limpidema, sleep apnea, i was terrified to get checked but as the years passed i’m in the same boat, i have no insurance, i don’t like asking for help but i’m desperate and scared i wont wake up one day, i have really bad high blood pressure and almost had a stroke, i want to live for my girls and regular exercise with eating healthier does nothing for me, my whole life has been a struggle , please if anyone can help even with a dollar i will be forever grateful ,thank you for taking the time to read
