My grandma, Donna Ewert is in ICU with Copd, Kidney failure and Congestive heart failure. She needs a bipap machine to go home with. Without it she will not survive. At the moment insurance denied her until they can get her in for a sleep study. It is $400 a month to rent without insurance. They cannot do the sleep study while she’s a patient in the ICU.
