Single mom of three I owner finances house four years ago. I paid on time every single month to the mortgage company and that was my insurance December 4, 2023. The house caught a fire because I financed the person that was on the loan was also on the insurance
I basically signed the check. He signed the check and sent it to the mortgage company and they sent him all the money back, not looking at the deed of the land, but I have no funds whatsoever. to Demo the house I just need some help with the Demo if I can get  the house torn down I could put a Mobile home on it until I can get everything sorted out
