My precious Mama passed away in October last year. 
The circumstances surrounding her death are still under investigation  ( Family members who lived in her house were supposed to be caring for her) They let her lay there in her own filth and only called an ambulance when I was on the way out there. She died 11 days later in the hospital. She died 26 days after her 74th birthday. 

 I was able, after many phone calls, to find a funeral home that would cremate her and allow me to make payments. 
 
I did try to raise the funds through Gofund. I had several donations from my family yet it’s not enough to get her ashes and bring them home. ( Plus Gofund takes a fee out of every donation now)   

At the moment my Moms ashes are sitting on a shelf waiting to be brought home. I desperately want to bring her ashes home to have a place of honor. She was the kindest, most generous lady I have ever known. Her kindness and generosity is what eventually killed her.
