My name is Jonathon McNeely and my little autisic girl Abby was taken away by cps ,no fault of mine. Her mother is mentally ill , " documented" and abusing her medication, I caught her with my own eyes. When confronted about what I saw she ran to police and lied and said 
that she, "wife" had been abused. Well I'm not allowed to go home, well in the meantime while I was away cps took child from wife and couldn't give her me as I didn't have a home. Dvp court day came and Judge awarded me the home. Now it time to fight for my little Angel and get a divorce from this terrible, terrible person.
