Well I out of nowhere,cause I have my bloodwork done every yr.Well a few months ago.I come up positive twice for lupus which is a hard disease to deal with ,then lymph node cancer ,then liver disease.These bills are billing up and killing me. I have a lot  more going on. I don’t like reach out for help.I wasn’t raised that way. I just have too much on me.Some time I hope I don’t wake up.after I lost my father in 2022 the whole family has changed.If you can help with any amount. I would sincerely appreciate the blessing!
