I need help, my car is on its last legs. Its security system is going off and making my brand new battery dead. I just had  the alternator, battery replaced. It's extremely hard living far away from my family since I decided to move away for college. However, I know absolutely nobody here  at the dorms for weekends to help me with my car, since my friends aren't here. I've had to call Campus Police multiple times to jump-start my car. My car is a 2010 Nissan Rogue. I truly don’t know what else to do at this point. I do not have a fob for my car. The horn does not work since the last owner of the car unplugged the horn since I guess it was having problems and we just assumed the horn was broken. There is a gas leak in my car  I am extremely scared that I am going to be stranded on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. I am a college kid 19 years old and know nothing about cars. My family lives six hours away from me. I am trying my best to take care of the car. I have tried my hardest to keep it up to date, but again I’m a college kid and I’m trying my best to survive as it is and this is my first car. I have had multiple people look at my car and they said they don’t know what the problem is. This is not the first time that this has happened!!
please take a minute and read this because truly I am scared to be without a car because there is no way that I am going to be able to survive without a car or be able to get home to my family that lives six hours away without a car anything you can do to help me out is extremely grateful. 🥹
