About this fundraiser

The Carl and Juanita Foundation for At-Risk Youth is dedicated to empowering young people through mentorship, life skills development, and technology training to help them build a successful future. It will be a four year program for after school.

Funds for The Carl and Juanita Foundation for At-Risk Youth, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, will be used to support the implementation and sustainability of a four-year, technology-based after-school program serving youth ages 10–17. Funding will directly support program operations, including the purchase of computers and software, curriculum development, and facility expenses.

Additional funds will be allocated toward mentorship development, staff training, and life skills programming focused on emotional intelligence, communication, and decision-making. Resources will also support student needs such as meals, supplies, and access to a safe learning environment.

Administrative costs will ensure continued compliance, including insurance and operational infrastructure. Overall, funding will enable the foundation to provide at-risk youth with the tools, mentorship, and technological skills needed to achieve long-term success.

We are currently in the early stages of development and are seeking funding immediately to begin program setup. Early support is critical to help us secure resources and start making an impact as soon as possible.

Support means the opportunity to change the direction of a child’s life. It means being able to provide the tools, guidance, and safe environment that many at-risk youth never have. For me, it’s personal — it’s about giving kids the chance I didn’t have growing up.

I would be truly grateful for your support, as it would help us create real opportunities and positive change for at-risk youth.
