There are several cats on the block who apparently have been dumped. There’s four total one has been seen. The vet bill was $4000 brought to emergency, broken back leg, broken pelvis. He is safe and in recovery there’s another chat who has a bad eye and it is extremely infected any help would be appreciative thank you.
