About this fundraiser

Christian and Carrie never expected to be facing something like this—but for their little boy, Bo, they would do anything.

Bo was born with anencephaly, a severe and life-threatening condition that requires highly specialized medical care. In order to give him the best chance possible, Christian and Carrie made the difficult decision to travel to Orlando, Florida, where Bo could receive the treatment he urgently needs.

Right now, Bo is fighting hard. He needs surgery, but before doctors can move forward, his seizures must first be brought under control. Until then, he remains in the hospital under constant care.

Because Bo is too fragile to be safely transferred, Christian and Carrie are staying by his side in Orlando. They refuse to leave him alone during such a critical time—but this also means they are unable to work or bring in any income while they are there.

The financial strain of travel, lodging, food, and medical-related expenses is quickly adding up, all while they focus on what matters most: being present for their son.

If you are able, any donation—big or small—would help ease this burden and allow Christian and Carrie to continue supporting Bo without the added stress of financial hardship. If you cannot give, sharing this fundraiser means just as much.

Thank you for standing with this family during one of the hardest times of their lives.
