My Aunt, Fanny has asked me to set up a  fundraiser to help with the funeral and burial expense. Funeral and burial are pending and will be announced when everything has been finalized.

Family and Friends, Our hearts are shattered and grieving from the tremendous loss of our dear Brother, Chris Fortner.

Chris will forever be 24. An old soul, he was funny, soft spoken, so handsome yet always humble. His green eyes and beautiful smile lit up the entire room. He was passionate about music, always creating songs and strumming on his guitar. He was talented at everything he put his mind to, and worked hard to learn new things every day. He had the biggest, most open heart of anyone we knew. He was so gentle and kind. He was the best baby brother, a great friend and a loving son. His respect and love for others, especially those who were hurting or had less, knew no limits. He was always worrying for others and forever trying to help anyone and everyone. A large part of his happiness and self worth came from helping others, caring for his father, and just being young with his best friends. Our pain is doubled, and yet lightened, knowing he and his dad are together, with our sister and our family in Heaven.

We are heartbroken at this unimaginable loss and we need your prayers of comfort for our family, and especially for our dearest mother. Fanny.
