Hi my name is Kimberly and I have setup this go fund me at the request of our dad. He is in kidney failure and on dialysis. He is asking for help with medical expenses of getting back and forth to dialysis. Currently he is in the hospital and has been since Dec 25, 2023, to which he was diagnosed with Influenza A, then developed double pneumonia and sepsis. He is in the PICU and has been for a few weeks due to underlying COPD and severe emphazema. He has costs for dialysis transport and only receives disability income monthly. He is struggling financially and anything would be such a blessing for him. Thank you in advance. Today 1/12/23 drs came in and had a family meeting and advised my dad he is in respiratory failure. His kidney are stage 5 and his lungs are shot. He is worried about leaving his 3 children with the burden of his funeral expenses. Please do what you can to help him and take his mind off this. Dr’s advised the family it could be one day, or weeks or a few months. However he is at 70% oxygen and 100% is the limit before a ventilator is required. Prayers welcomed

**Update...things drastically changed today and our Dad took his last and final breathe here on earth in the early hours this morning. Prior to this happening he sat and planned his whole funeral, unfortunately he was on disability and didn’t have the money to pay for his funeral. Our hearts are broken as his was as well leaving us with this burden. If you can’t give please keep our family in prayer. We could really use them!
