I've known Christie all my life. We were just 11 and 12 when we became inseparable. We did exverything together.

When I was 19 and she was 18 we meet a very handsome older man named Leon. To make a long story short Christie and Leon ended up together for 33 wonderful years and they had two beautiful daughters of which Christie is so proud of.

 Leon started having health problems and was unable to work. On the morning he passed his chest started hurting Christie made the phone call to 911. but Leon quickly passed away in her arms. Since that day my best friend's life has went out of control. From the electric bill, to storms that left her home needing major repairs, to losing her vehicle, now unable to get to work; her depression is overwhelming; she is struggling to make ends meet. All she wants is start living again. With people like you; she will be able to move forward. I made this GoFundMe to get her the help she deserves.
