My name is Kimberly Corley I have had many challenges in my life but since the fall I've had more then challenges and losing several family members didn't make it easy for me. While I've always worked and helped others the fall made it to where I can barely help myself! I was told I would never walk again I refuse to believe this ! It's been  8 long year's and I was starting to get up and walk but then my daughter was killed.  It changed me . Well after doing what I thought was a good idea I would go through challenges that Was to hard to overcome because financially  I don't make enough.! Although I've manged to get through evety situation this one is very different! I coud end up  in the hospital again for months, year's  or I could possibly die from the  lack of medical supplies  So 4 months and 18 days ago they terminated my insurance because of a bill that went to my aunt's house where I stayed for 3 months my father's side of the family! She never mailed  the bill or notified me in the 6 months they cam   to her address ! So United Healthcare terminated me just  like that..I always had all my medical needs met because of my rare condition. They took out most of my spine. I am humblely asking for help for my medical needs ! I must still pay out of pocket until the end of January.  Catheters alone takes a chunk of my check then rent and I still have to get pull  ups ,pads medications 8 of them then wipes.  I'm starting to get behind on rent all because of my aunt not letting me know and it doesn't help when I can't physically help myself! I fear tha I'll end up homeless in a wheelchair and I've never been afraid of anything.  I am praying 🙏 for a miracle cause without the Catheters I can get very sick.  I'm out of means to get the medical supplies and I've been to several churches and I was told they didn't have the products I needed. I want to walk again,work again and be productive again but this past year I've felt more like dieing so many obstacles but I didn't give up and I'm still here .Please help me help  my self this Christmas and make it possible I have the medical supplies needed till the end of January.
