The request for funds is for gifts for expectant moms in need of baby supplies.  In addition, vital wraparound services are also shared with the pregnant moms to help with connecting with resource programs that can give support before, during and after childbirth.  The donations help to alleviate the hardship of having a baby.  The community baby shower events are strategically organized to address the black maternal health crisis by having keynote speakers address women's wellness, maternal health issues, sudden infant death syndrome and the infant mortality rate.

My goal is to make an impactful difference by supporting the birth of healthy babies and mothers.  I want them to know they are not alone in their pregnancy journey.  My heart is overwhelmed with joy when we give away baby clothes, baby wipes, diapers, and the list goes on.  We even have raffles for monetary gift cards and free spa treatments.
