Hello to all. I am hoping to raise $50,000 for a total complete oral reconstruction of my mouth. I have already been accepted to receive care at the UCLA school of Advanced Prosthodontics Graduate program. I have not smiled with teeth showing in over 15 years. I have not been on a date in well over 20 years. I cannot laugh at a joke. I cannot smile at a wedding, birthday, etc. It has destroyed my life in so many ways I’ve lost count. I can’t begin to tell you how depressing this has been for me. I haven’t had a complete night of sleep in a 15 years. My teeth grinding is so bad, my lower teeth are down to “nubs”. I am working on an educational series of videos for event employees as well as an entire series on addiction, recovery, health issues and suck. This will all require on camera work. I would not expect anyone to take me seriously looking the way I do… as witnessed by the photographs. The great thing is once I start bringing in the expected income from both projects, the desire to “pay it forward” has never meant more. 

I humbly ask you to seriously consider my situation and how you could change someones life.
