Show I about 2 years ago died and was in a coma for a couple of months and during that time once I woke up all my organs shut down and I had to start dialysis for kidney failure. It's been a struggle ever since for me to get to my appointments to get to my dialysis appointments to get the getting really start to affect my health because I need my dials to support me and I have no vehicle. I was hoping I might be able to get to my assistant from YouTube community and getting a vehicl
