i am needing help with doct bills for tests and procedures that my employer that I have been laid off of work since june272023 because of a fhit and fall that I was envolved in while working on the clock,since then my health and mental and physical condition has been slowly declining because of none proactiv e help for procedures and medical care that I’ve needed to get betree treatment to get better and make salary to pay my bills at home and care for self and disabled son now I’m asking for help because I could use all the help I could get for medical procedures that have been put off because a lack of financial support ,non reliable transportation by not being able to keep my old vehicle serviced to comply with traffic laws and to maintain proper maintenance to run well.no air conditioning or heatingand both me an my disabled child and grandchild all have asthma and bad all,my son is mentally d with pradarwillie syndrome and is autistic and weighs550 pounds.Hes still in need of a wheelchair a mobel chair and a severe amount of pool visits for low impact exercise at our gym that’s 4 miles away and in need of counseling and  endless amount of doctors visits that haven’t been successful because of a lack of supportI’ve transportat,we are still in need of ozempic meds the medical insurance won’t cover for my son and I with recommendations and reffetalks from our behavioral therapist and our Doctors orders plus a treadmill in the home that has to cover weights over550 pounds due to my sons morbid obesity,we are in need of new sleep apnea machines that has been a struggle toget insurance plans to cover tests mostly for me.last but not least we have been having to attend church at life family Austin only on line due to our currntly car that is only running good enough to make it back in forth to nearest pharmacy and food stores for our food meds and living necrustiest to survive.please help us we are living off of disability checks  and  my church friends who help with a lot of our needs on a need to know basis ,weneed the extra help if possible in Christ Jesus name please help us amen
