26-year-old Demarcus Hadnot of Pollok died in a two-vehicle accident on College Drive this morning. His passenger, Paige Turner, 24, has been flown to a Tyler hospital. Hadnot was heading west on College Drive near the entrance to the Texas Bible College when a Mercedes driven by George Fidone, 65, of Lufkin, collided with the Kia. Fidone has non-life threatening injuries. A dog in the Kia also died at the scene.
