My fiancé and I are trying to get a home for us and our kids. We have been dating for 2 years and have finally decided that we are ready to move in and live together. We have applied and approved for a mobile home loan, but we need help with the down payment they are asking for. We've got the land for it. The funds will go towards clearing the land, leveling the dirt pad, driveway, run water lines, electric service, septic tank, and down payment on the home itself.
