My Story
Hello! My name is Christine and I am a 40 yr old mother of 2 wondeful boys. 

I experience facial trauma from a DV assault, and I suffered significant damage to several of my teeth. The impact pushed two of my front teeth backward and required me to begin orthodontic treatment to stabilize the damage. I have now been in braces for about a year and a half working toward restoring my smile and oral health. The braces alone have cost me $5,000 out of pocket so far. I also have extensive scarring, my teeth went through my bottom lip and through the area above my chin. I also have nerve damage to my lower lip on the left side. In addition to the orthodontic bill I also have ER and emergency dental bills that Im still paying on. 

Unfortunately, despite treatment, the two teeth that were most affected, my first and second front teeth on the left side, are not expected to survive long term and will need to be replaced.

My dentist has recommended dental implants as the best long-term solution. Implants will restore both the function and appearance of my smile and help prevent further bone loss in my jaw. While alternatives like bridges or partial dentures exist, implants are the healthiest and most durable option.

However, the cost of implants is significant and beyond what I can currently manage on my own, which is why I am reaching out for help.

Tooth extraction (2 teeth): $600 – $1,000

Bone grafting (if needed): $1,000 – $2,000

Dental implant posts (2): $3,000 – $6,000

Abutments and custom crowns (2): $3,000 – $5,000

Follow-up care and imaging: $500 – $1,000

Estimated Total: $8,000 – $15,000

I am seeking help to cover these medical costs so I can complete my dental treatment and finally restore my smile after a very difficult experience.
