My mom need help with her electric bill. My dad was helping but long story but here we go my dad is a bad alcoholic and meth user he used to not be and thing were great but he was evicted from his place and my mom being the kind hearted person she is have him a place to stay for last 3 months. He is paranoid and accused her of everything and also accused me as well we were conspiring to get him. Okay he used a lot of electric air compressor power tools ect. One night I woke to him yelling and screaming threatening to hit my mom because he was drunk I called law he got to sleep out side in truck but he stayed up all night in are shed loading up everything stealing all are stuff from yard decor to thousands of $ worth of tools mine. And now we are stuck with $310 electric bill and need help badly
