Hello, I'm Tim and I'm asking/Praying for donations to help cover EMERGENCY moving expenses due to our Landlord selling the home that we rent, we had no knowledge of this and were under the impression that nothing was wrong, we paid our rent on time every month, sometimes early, and never once were we told that they were selling the property until we received a text message from them stating that they sold the property and we had until January 31, 2026 to vacate the property because the new owner wasn't going to honor our current lease, which still had a year remaining on it. Finding a place in our area has been hard due to having a Special needs/disabled child with a service dog, but we found a place that will allow our Son's service dog but, we don't have the initial funds to cover the security deposit and costs of moving.
