Hello, as several of you know I was recently on medical leave for three months and had just returned to work on a per diem basis last month. Unfortunately yesterday during work I collapsed in a syncopal event brought on by pneumonia that turned into a life threatening, a typical septic shock. I spent 6 hours in the ED of our hospital after passing out at work and having several tests done. It turns out that much like many years of my life I had a pretty large pneumonia but unlike much of my life it was too hard for my body to push through this time and I got very very ill. At this time I am looking just to cover our rent expenses for the month of November but my sweet baby girls birthdays are in November and I would appreciate in and every amount toward giving them a nice birthday at the end of all of this if we raise more than that. I feel like I just got back on my feet again and I am unsure how long I will be in the hospital for as it has been several years since I have been this sick.
