This fundraiser is for Emery Shae not only to help with her medical needs but it is also to help her have life experiences and simple joys. She was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension when she was younger and it has rapidly progressed and the terrible fact is that there's no cure for pulmonary hypertension it is a fatal disease..
