I’m exhausted mentally and physically  I am In desperate need of help  I normally don’t put my business in the street or even ask for help but I’m really struggling right now I’m raising 2 grandchildren by myself and have been for 10 and a half years but in the last year we have had it hard. My granddaughter broke her arm about a year ago in May I had to have surgery and 4 days after my grandson had to have surgery on his private area now they are talking about my granddaughter needing surgery on both her feet she has severe flat feet so bad she is in constan pain. She also has been diagnosed in the last six months of a rare chromosomes disease called 16p11.2 micro duplication,autism, tremors, anxiety, ADHD, depression, intellectual disability,hypotonia,,and developmental delays all which is stemming from her chromosome disorder. They tell me it will not get any better in fact they say it will probably get worse.  I am just mentally and physically exhausted i live on disability with no help from anyone (parent) I only get 809.00 a month with tanf its only 356. A month and I’m struggling  can someone please help me
