I am 70 years old and have no insurance.  I have that drooping lower eyelid and need the operation to correct it.  Eventually ‘ectropion’ can lead to blindness because the exposure of the lower lid dries out and can scratch the cornea.  I am saving what I can from each Social Security check and have recieved some donations from family and friends already.  It will be a couple more months before I can schedule this.
