About this fundraiser

THIS Fundraising is for my brother SAMUEL ADSUARA , who resides in the Philippines

PURPOSE: To pay for his Hospitalization Bill  and he cannot be discharged if hospital charges remains unpaid I initiated this fundraising due to I have no means to help my Brother financially. I am a resident of California but I am only receiving a Fix Income from the US Government
