Lord, we thank you and we celebrate Ezra's Big 6 month milestone today & many more milestones to come. Around Memorial Day weekend, the doctors at hospital #1 didn't have hope & placed Ezra on Continuous Renal Therapy due to fluid retention, but Faith, Family, Friends & Fellowship spoke LIFE because we put our Trust in God! And today Ezra is HEALING, RECOVERING & BREATHING!

We cannot even express our gratitude in words! God is so Faithful! Thank you for the continuous prayers, support & donations; we have seen God's Miraculous Healing Power in Ezra's Courageous Journey & Unspeakable Hope provided to her Parents Eris and Anthony since the second opinion at hospital #2.

It has been a total of 81 days of Hospitalization which include 69 days combined in both PICU's (44 days in PICU 1 and 25 days in PICU 2).

On June 24th, Ezzy graduated to Step Down and it has been a total of 12 days Post PICU. Ezzy recognizes faces and voices. She loves music and books. Three of her favorite things are the Baby Crib Mobile, Baby Einstein Aquarium and Sound Machine. Ezzy has a desire her pacifier and the bottle as she heals internally for safe swallowing. Ezzy loves to be swaddled in her blanket as she has strong independence. Her cry is the sweetest language and a true sign of the strength of her lungs post extubation from the breathing tube.

The 4th of July Holiday will always be remembered as the hopeful discussion of us preparing to bring Ezzy home mid July and keeping her out of the hospital and home with her Mama & Dada!

Your donations have helped keep Eris encouraged to find a balance between Ezzy's bedside, her breast pumping journey and coping with life outside the hospital. Eris has a Birthday coming up on this Tuesday July 9th and looks forward to some self care and exploring her new membership with her Hubby at the Cleveland Botanical Gardens this weekend.

It also allows Anthony to continue to working to keep the health insurance for his family, manage his passion for his landscaping business, play baseball, date his sweet wife every chance he gets and have playtime with Ezzy.

Eris recently planned a weekend getaway for their 1st Year Wedding Anniversary in September at the Evergreen Chalets at Hocking Hills. They deserve this Honeymoon retreat like yesterday. We are so happy they have so many blessings to look forward to after everything they have experienced and been through with Ezra. Yet, their marriage is still thriving with Love, Hope, and Peace which Ezra's feels everyday!
