My family and i have been here for over 4yrs. We’ve always paid rent on time and we enjoy our neighborhood. Our Owner sadly passed away, We had no notice and had been left wandering for months where he is. Now there is a new owner, Who never formally introduced themselves or even mailed a letter informing us of new ownership. The only “Greeting” we received from the new owner is a 7 day eviction letter, taped to our front door. We are so scared and worried. This is our home! my kids love their schools. Please help us in any way you can. I’ve never been this frightened in my life.
