There are three of us, myself - the Mrs - and our 7yo child. Back in early winter and until the turn of the year I came down with an illness that stopped me from working. I need to keep the lights on as I work from home, processing applications for state social services recipients. This benefit would cover outstanding utilities and rent. I've already exhausted community resources for the previous months on other bills and thus cannot apply through them again.
