My name is Valentine Eucare III. I am a veteran who served 20 years in the Air Force honorably and 15 years for the state of NC. I have been diagnosed with incurable liver cancer. I have been married for over 32 years to my beautiful wife Kaye, with 4 children and 3 grandchildren. I am the 2nd of 5 siblings, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. One sister has passed.
