Hello I'm Michael 

I'm 57 and I need a hand. Last year I developed a cyst on c2 and c3 of my neck which caused a blood infection. I collapsed when I got out of my big rigg while I was working for my trucking company. they took me to the hospital to treat me. I went numb from the chest down. They took me into surgery and now I have so much nerve damage it's hard to get around. I've tried to get help but keep falling through the cracks.
