This fundraiser is to support our dear friend Jeff Wright and his wife, Tonya, during an incredibly difficult time.

As many of you know, Tonya, a mother of five, had been in remission after her battle with breast cancer. Recently, she received devastating news that she is now facing a very aggressive form of leukemia. She previously completed Chemotherapy and Radiation. She got Leukemia from the Chemothetapy. Doctors now gave her 3 months to live without Chemotherapy. If she makes it through Chemo, her quality of life is not promised.

Doctors in the U.S. gave Tonya a poor prognosis. After carefully researching other options, Jeff and Tonya found a cutting-edge facility in Mexico that performs stem cell transplants. After reviewing her case, the doctors there are confident this treatment can help save her life. Jeff and Tonya flew to Mexico yesterday, and after her first visit, Jeff shared that she is already looking and feeling much better.

Because this treatment is out of the country, all medical and travel expenses are out-of-pocket, placing a tremendous financial strain on their family.

Anyone who knows Jeff knows he is one of the most selfless people you could ever meet. His love is limitless, and he would give the shirt off his back to help someone else. He is also a very proud man and would never ask for help, which is why we are stepping in now.

Tonya needs Jeff to be the strongest version of himself, and their family needs support as she fights this disease. Her boys need their mom, and we want to help relieve some of the financial burden so Tonya can focus on healing.
