I have hit a double whammy recently. In Oct I suffered 3 concussions exactly 7 days apart from one another. My extensive history of past concussions made these three new ones a bigger deal than they normally would be. All my post concussion symptoms have come back requiring 2 unexpected appointments at the Mind Eye Institute that total over $2,000.00 out of pocket. I'm so thankful for their help as I recover

I have applied to the Mayo clinic at the request of several doctors 3 times and been denied services every time. I fully expected that I would be again when my rheumatologist asked me to do it a 4th time.  Today, however, I was given a start date of Jan 21st and told to expect to stay in Rochester MN for 7-10 days! I am so happy and hopeful I will finally get the treatment I need!  However travel and lodging expenses are up to me. I have had to severely cut back my working hours due to my health and could really use some help to avoid taking on more debt.  If you can give even a dollar to lighten the load a bit I will be so grateful!
