Hello, My name is John, I am seeking financial assistance to move back to Chicago to be near my family! This move is about reconnecting with loved ones and ensuring my longevity in a familiar, family supportive environment. This will help with the cost of movers and getting settled in a new place.

I have been living alone for eight years now in Wisconsin and need to move back to Chicago. I have a sister and two grown children there. I'm not thriving like I thought I would and it's not good for me to be alone anymore. I'm a senior with many health issues, and I am about 50% disabled. I use a rolling walker most of the time, and I need extra care. Moving back to my home state will significantly decrease my depression. I would love to feel the warmth in my heart being able to be near my family. I would like to make new memories together and they will get me out of my apartment more often, go out for dinner, go out to a movie etc. I feel like this will prolong my life. It's hard to not feel like a failure as a father not seeing my family in over two years. Road trips are too hard for me now. It would be good to be able to have a living space with the proper handicap facilities.  A stair lift, a walk in tub with jets.for therapy! I wish I could afford  to buy a house again. I can't hold a job after three back surgeries with rods, bolts and two cages in my back with an electronic stimulator. My Divorce. My X wife got the house and half of my pension now till the day I leave this earth. 

I dream of having Thanksgiving dinner as a family. It has been years since I've had a Christmas tree. I would love to have a nice decorated tree with Christmas presents and be with my family, sister and my two adult children. I really can't go on that much longer living like this, and there is no way I could afford a nursing home.

Renal artery stenosis Dyslipidemia. Spinal cord stimulator status Irritable bowel syndrome with constipation. Tubular adenoma of colon. Cervical spinal stenosis. Foraminal stenosis of cervical region. Infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) without rupture. Left cervical radiculopathy.
