I am Brittany I was just diagnosed with congestive parts while you're I'm 32 years old I've had two heart attacks widowmakers at that I lost my job I'm trying to get back on my feet I'm about to lose my car and starting to lose my vision everything's just falling apart slowly and I'm trying to get back on my feet anything and everything would help
