Our beloved Valerie J. Horton is an incredible mother who has been battling stroke, diabetes, hypertension, and kidney diease. This condition has progressed to a point where Valerie Horton was in a coma, and has since woke up and now requires total, 24/7 care. This means assistance with all daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, and mobility.
