Thank you for taking the time to read this. I have had COPD since 1995 when my lungs collapsed during a septic infection while in labor.
When the onset of COVID and ma'am wearing came about, and working in BBQ for 10 years sticking my head in and out of a smoker didn't help, but I got hypoxia instead of COVID, thankfully. But then I'm 2019, I was given 3-5 and left the hospital on oxygen full time.
I warned myself off of oxygen, got my health in order. Was doing great till now, at that end of that doctors prediction, in my 5th year I've noticed headaches, short term memory life, irritability and dizziness. My oxygen levels started dripping while sleeping into the 80s. So I brought out my old concentrator and I use it while I sleep. But I've noticed now when I'm up and about moving my levels dropping into the 70s. I have a walker I sit when I need to now. I'm only 47. Fighting for disability because I am completely unable to work anymore.
My need is a portable oxygen concentrator that I can carry around with me. If anyone can donate I would greatly appreciate it. Life still has allot more to offer me and I'm not giving up.
