This is for our mother who passed on 10/25/2023. She had insurance with Colonial Penn but we found out that it lapsed a little over a year ago. She was making automatic payments but had to order a new debit card. She was going through some mentally challenging times and didn't know that she needed to update her card on file. She was very beloved by me and my brother but we didn't know that she didn't update her information. Time is now of the essence and anything one could give would be greatly appreciated by our family.
