On the Brink
My name is Scott, and I've been through more than most: childhood abuse, violence, homelessness, suicide attempts—and somehow, I'm still standing. Right now, I’m back at rock bottom. Homeless again. But worse, the woman I love, Timberly, is stuck in jail on what I believe are unfair charges. They denied her a reasonable bail, and I know in my heart it’s because she’s Native American.
I need to raise $2,000 to get her out. She's not just my partner—she’s my lifeline. Her story is as hard as mine, and we’re both trying to build something better. Together. But I can’t do that while she’s locked away and I’m sleeping in a car, fighting to hold on.
If you’ve ever felt like the world was stacked against you, you know how this feels. I’m asking for help—not pity. Even $5 makes a difference. And if you can't give, please just share this. It might reach someone who can.
Thank you for reading. Thank you for cariing
