Sacramento Book and Sip Club Gives Back!

March is our chapter’s 2nd anniversary and we are getting together for a drive benefitting Front Street Animal Shelter. Members will be spending time loving on dogs with the Doggie Day Out program, but all our friends need love! We are asking for funds and gift donations benefitting Front Street Animal Shelter, with our final day being March 25th 2026 to have everything ready to officially gift to the team at Front Street by the end of our birthday month. 

Philanthropy is one of the main pillars of the international Book & Sip Club, and we aim to take advantage of every opportunity to invest back into our community big or small when we can. Being able to blow out our candles while knowing that we’ve helped even one furry (or not!) friend will make this milestone all the sweeter. 

Although every penny counts, we will be offering gifts at different promotional levels, open to both members and the greater Sacramento community.

For the Community (non-members): we will be raffling 5 membership spots (the only spots for our April cohort!) to generous friends. For every $10 donated, a person gets 1 entry to the club. There is no limit to entries. To secure entry, either sign your donation with your IG handle, or screenshot donation and send in DM to @sacbookandsipclub (make sure you are following us!)

For Members: we will be raffling a brand new Kindle! Every $10 donated will earn 1 entry to the raffle. There is no limit to entries. To secure entry, either sign with first name & last initial & “member”. We will also be accepting items at our March Book Party for added entries! See club app message board for wish list items! For EVERYONE: CLUB BRANDED BANDANAS! Our leadership team will be hosting casual events at some of our favorite community businesses to offer opportunities to mingle and make live donations, where anyone (members and community!) can purchase Sac Book and Sip branded pet bandanas! These will be available in sizes Small, Medium, and Large in green and light blue. Bandana’s will be available for each $15 donation! There will be limited supply – details about when and where these events will take place will be announced the first week of March.
