I am trying to raise funds to purchase and stock a food truck. The quality of food at most restaurants has went downhill. Everything costs more, the food is barely edible and portion sizes have decreased. I will be providing home cooked meals made from scratch daily. Nothing will be frozen, the meat will be purchased fresh daily and the rest of the products will be purchased locally, at least to the best of my ability.

People work so hard for others and get paid  so little. I for one am tired of working full time for someone else and still living paycheck to paycheck. Struggling to pay my bills and not being able to provide for my children the way I want to is such a hard pill to swallow. When I am able to make my dream of owning a food truck a reality, and am able to hire others to work for me I can promise they would feel appreciated and make enough to support their family.
