My mom passed away March 9. I was her Medical POA, I’ve been taking care of my mom for four years now since she’s been really sick, we have an apartment together. I quit my job to take care of my mom full-time in order to keep her from going to a nursing facility. she had insurance all these years I thought I was one of the beneficiaries but I wasn’t so my brother is sole beneficiary and he refused to sign the papers to have her cremated so her body is just laying there at the crematory in Peoria we need money to finish the process so I can bring my mom home
