Help lay my beautiful mother Alicia Briggs to rest. My mother was a very loved and well respected soul. Our hearts are heavy and we will miss her dearly! We are experiencing a hard time right now losing our mother and best friend, her favorite color was purple and she loved tweety bird. My mother was a very happy person to be around her laugh was contagious and her presence would bring many comfort, love and laughter. She loved to tell jokes alot her favorite time of the year was April Fools day. There wasn't a time my mom didn't have a good joke up her sleeve. She was a mother of 4 children one son Horace Briggs jr. and three daughters Leticia Briggs, Melissa Briggs and Vanessa Briggs (myself and the baby of the bunch). Alicia was also a grandmother of 16 grandchildren. I'm asking for donations to cover the cost of my mom's  funeral services and for myself and my two children to be able to travel to our hometown to lay my mother to rest the way she deserves. Anything helps and everything is appreciated. I will keep this fundraiser posted until July 28th.
