i just had total knee replacement and my soon to be x took me for everything i had… now i have no wway to physical therapy or drs appointments, i dont need a fancy car just something thats reliable and mi ne i also watch my grandkids during the summer and now with no car i have no idea of what to do please help me id be so grateful
