Michael Glenn Clark aka “Pops” is a father, grandfather, friend, as well as one of the kindest and most generous men I have ever known. After his house caught fire back this past April, a home he might not live to see again-this healthy 78-year-old man began to decline in both his mental and physical health as it gets worse each day. He was working full time, driving himself around, and totally independent until the tragedy he endured. Now, he is unable to drive, unable to work to support himself, and now ends up in the hospital for multiple falls- one that left him with his head split open. His labwork was indicative of needing a full workup for what only can be Leukemia at this point but paying for the care from the Heme/oncology specialists he needs as well as getting worked up for his sudden onset of severe dementia and the need for 24-7 care- none of which he is able to get because the medical costs are astronomical and his savings and assets have been depleted while paying for the essentials since the morning of the fire. His daughter Amy and grandson Grayden are both beside themselves with the fear they are going to lose their patriarch, and all due to the fact that there isn't the ability to pay for the care he needs. Please give whatever you can to help us bring our Pops home so he can be there to see his grandson graduate high school, and cheer him on during hockey games, and continue to give both his daughter and I the father figure neither of us are ready to lose to a myriad of chronic diseases that would allow him to live for years longer if we get enough fundraising from generous souls I hope to get this message.
