This fundraiser is to help Jared Shumate and Chelsey Southard. The Parents of Ozzie to help cover expenses for the passing of our Sweet Angel Ozzie. Due to this horrible tragedy Jared and Chelsey have had some issues covering everything they need to in order to get back on there feet and not lose anything more than what they already have.
