My Grandpa is my role model, as a Autistic Grandson, he has been the best grandpa anyone could have hoped for. He used to play hide and seek with me, but when he was diagnosed with End Stage COPD, he was told he had est. 3 months left to live. Hearing this was devastating, I can't imagine what life without my grandpa would be like. Following this we got him into hospice care. Just a week ago, he was discharged from the Hospice Care Program, and we didn't know what to do, we wanted to give up, but god told us to keep pushing, right now my Grandma is struggling to pay for his doctor visits. On top of this she is having to deal with her over 10 year old truck is almost fully broken. It is very hard seeing the people that raised you slowly decline, they are the type of Grandparents that would give you candy when your Parents are gone. Please help get them back up on their feet, I want them to know that God is with them and their is no reason for the to stop trying. May god bless you and your family. ❤️
